The affordability crisis continues to pressure local homeowners, especially condo owners dealing with soaring HOA fees.

Listing of the Week

Lastly, I take you riverside for two amazing listings right on the Blue River in Silverthorne. One offers that classic warm mountain vibe with timeless finishes. The other — newer, modern, and chic with clean lines and a carport. Both are true riverfront homes and a rare find in Summit County.
