What's Happening In the Summit

We also provide updates on ski resort opening dates, with Arapahoe Basin kicking off the season on November 2, followed by Breckenridge, Cooper, Copper Mountain, and Keystone on November 8, and Eldora, Loveland, Vail, and Winter Park opening on November 15. However, warm weather poses challenges for snowmaking.


Market Update

In our market update, we examine buyer demand trends in Summit County, including the impact of days on the market on seller concessions. The sweet spot for demand currently lies in the single-family homes priced between $1M to $1.5M.
