How's The Market?
This summer could be a major turning point for real estate in Summit County. Inventory levels have officially surpassed pre-COVID highs, and all eyes are now on July and August to see if buyer demand keeps pace. If not? We may be looking at a surplus of unsold homes heading into fall, which could shift pricing.
Road Closure!
I also covered a temporary—but important—travel heads-up: Swan Mountain Road will be closed in both directions July 14–18 for resurfacing. This key connector between Keystone and Breckenridge will require a detour via Dam Road, so plan ahead. LINK >
Listing of the Week
And finally, for those already dreaming about ski season (you’re not alone), I shared one of my favorite walk-to-ski condos currently on the market—1207 Keystone Road at Chateau de Mont. At $859/sq ft, four bedrooms, fully furnished, and just steps from the lifts, it’s a rare gem you won’t want to miss. LINK >
