What's Happening in the Summit

Don't miss out on the Summer Music Series at Breck Distillery and the River Run Art Festival. These events are perfect for enjoying the vibrant summer scene in our beautiful area.

Market Update

Real Estate News

The Department of Justice is now targeting buyer agents. A $418 million settlement with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) aims to make negotiating agent fees easier for buyers. However, the DOJ is concerned about potential workarounds by agents and how these changes might impact commission structures and overall compensation. While lower commissions could benefit investors, buyers might face higher out-of-pocket costs. Remember, consulting with professionals when making significant decisions like buying a home is crucial—saving a buck shouldn’t compromise quality advice.

MLS Check

This week’s top 3 property listings are a must-see, I even snuck in a property I just visited this week. I have to keep Benji on his toes. Check these incredible listings out and see what’s new on the market right along with us.

Thanks for tuning in! If you enjoyed the show, please like and subscribe for more updates.
